Shipping and Tracking
When can I expect my order?
We’re currently seeing a higher volume of orders, so shipping might take a little longer than usual.
We’re doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, usually within 7 business days depending on your location.
Please note:
- Delivery times may vary if your order includes a pre-order item or if we're experiencing high demand during busy periods such as sales or product launches.
- Please also keep in mind that couriers do not process packages on weekends, so Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days for sorting and delivery.
We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as fast as we can!
In which countries do you deliver?
If you’re able to complete your checkout, great news — we deliver to your country! We’ve automatically filtered out locations we currently don’t ship to, so there’s no need to double-check.
Shipping fees are calculated based on your region and order details. The exact cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase — no surprises, just transparency.
How can I track my order?
All our packages are shipped with Track & Trace code. With the Track & Trace code you can see where the package is at the moment and what time your package will be delivered.
Can I change the shipping address of my order?
Want to change your shipping address?
As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can still make the change. Simply email us at info@tabbly.store with your order number and the correct address, and we’ll handle it as quickly as possible.
Tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my order?
We understand how frustrating that can be. If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, here are a few steps you can take:
- Double-check the delivery address
Make sure the shipping address you entered during checkout is correct. Sometimes packages are delivered to nearby locations like a neighbour, pick up point, front desk, or another part of your property. - Look for delivery notes Carriers may leave a note or deliver to a safe spot if you weren’t available at the time of delivery. Check around your entrance, mailbox, or with others in your household.
- Contact the carrier Get in touch with the delivery service listed in your tracking information. Provide them with your tracking number — they might be able to give more detail or start an investigation on their end.

Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery—just make sure they’re unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
⚠️ Sale items and orders outside Europe can’t be returned.
🚚 Return shipping costs are yours, and original shipping fees aren’t refunded.
📦 Use waterproof packaging or box with tape and keep your tracking info in case of the shipment is lost. Make sure to hold on to your tracking number or shipping receipt when returning an item. In the rare event that your return gets lost in transit, this serves as proof that the package was sent and helps us assist you more effectively.

How can I return my order?

Who covers the costs of return shipment?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and original shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping costs may vary depending on your location and the reason for the return. To ensure your item arrives safely, we recommend using a tracked shipping method from a trusted carrier.
When can I expect my refund after return?
Once we have received your return, we will arrange the refund on the day the return package arrives. Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days for the bank to process the transaction.
Can I exchange my order?
Want to exchange an item?
No problem! If you’d like to exchange something from your order, the easiest way is to return the item you no longer want. Once we’ve received the return and it’s been processed, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method.
After that, you’re free to place a new order for the item you’d like instead — directly through our website. This way, you won’t have to wait for the exchange to be handled manually, and you can secure the right size or style while it’s still in stock.

I didn't received my order confirmation?
Please take a moment to check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find the confirmation email, feel free to contact us at info@tabbly.store, and we'll be more than happy to assist you in verifying your order status.
How can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel an order before shipment, please email info@tabbly.store with your order number and cancellation request. We will make every effort to assist you.
Can I Change or Remove Items After Placing My Order?
Yes, you can add or remove items from your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please email us at info@tabbly.store with your order number and the changes you'd like to make, and we will adjust your invoice or process a refund accordingly.
I didn't received my package?
A report of a non-received package must be sent to us by email at info@tabbly.store within 7 days. Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot start an investigation via the shipping company.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you’ve received an incorrect item, please reach out to us at info@tabbly.store with your order number and information about the wrong item. We will assist you in resolving the issue and guide you through the return or exchange process.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
